Late/ No show policy If you’re more than 5 minutes late or you no show , your appointment will be canceled and You will be charged for 100% of the service total. You may request a new appointment. If you let me know ahead of time I MAY be able to still accept you. No-Shows After two no-shows, you won’t be able to book with me in the future.
